The Brief

Decubal was stuck in a bit of a creative rut. Globally it was reliant on stock imagery to portray Nordic scenery, conditions and lifestyle. As a core fundamental to this brand, it was crucial to create a
suite of ownable images that appeal to the everyday Nordic skincare consumer, show off our products and show real life scenarios of the tagline ‘Care for your skin, care for what you love’.

The CONCEPT

There are many ways you show you care – what you say, what you do and who you spend your time with. From the quick family cuddle under the duvet before heading out, kickstarting the day with a solo-jog or a slow Sunday strolling through the forest with friends, these memories you run home for, the things you reminisce and the things you take photos of!

And you don’t want anything to hold you back, especially not dry and sensitive skin. That’s why you need skincare that can keep up. Skincare that can adapt to change. The Execution

An extensive suite of images and videos (by extensive, I mean thousands) that brought the brand to life! From running through the fields to candid family moments, I complied the extensive shot list you see before you, working with our incredible team to bring the vision to reality. The core focus throughout was on real emotions, real people, relatable captures that reflect a varied and fun Nordic lifestyle. These stills were used across many platforms including in-store POS, social media (paid and organic) and retailer product listings.
