Wise Wolf Wines Launch Content

Showcasing sustainability content in the wine industry

The Brief

Wise Wolf was a new brand entering the Accolade Wines/Vinarchy Global portfolio, one that was considered to be a big bet commercially. Sustainability and wine don’t typically got hand-in-hand, it’s an industry that consumers don’t see as needing improvement, but it does. Wine bottles with adhesive labels? They’re not as recyclable as you think. The ask to me was simple - tell the Wise Wolf story visually using it’s established colourways and core USPs.

The Concept

Wise Wolf is more than just delicious wine. As a brand, we are the leaders of a journey that re-imagines how us as eco-consumers drink wine.

We’re not here to tell you what you’ve done right or wrong, we’re here to show you what is possible in the future. How you as a consumer can know you are truly doing your bit towards more sustainable wine consumption.

We open the lid on how our bottles our made, how our labels are made from recycled cardboard and even why our lids look the way they do. We place it in an ownable environment, surrounded by natural textures and backdrops as a reminder of where Wise Wolf came from, and how this makes a difference day-to-day.

The Execution

A series of bottle and range shots that beautifully hero the different materials and ways the wine bottles are made, such as recycled paper for labels and post-consumer recycled glass for the bottle. It was also imperative that for placements like POS, we had close-up macro shots that highlighted these parts of the bottle, including the lid and it’s CTA to scan our QR code.
For paid and organic social, moving images were created to drive more of the same consistent educational piece, as well showcasing the wine itself.
