Decubal’s Hydrating Range Launch Content

The Brief

To support Decubal’s new Hydrating Range launch, which covered a wide range of products from body lotions to full skincare routines, I was tasked with creating a wide range of content that showcased how being kind to your skin gives you time to spend it what you love. There were also so killer claims in play on these products - including up to 48-hours moisturisation. We wanted this to land in consumer’s minds in a busy lotion aisle at pharmacy and take away the burden of dry and sensitive skin.

The CONCEPT

There are many things you can do in 48 hours, worrying about dry skin isn’t one of them.

Living in the Nordics is a unique and ever-changing experience. One that varies from country-to-country, season-to-season, day-to-day. At Decubal, we know that your skin needs reliable, effective care… and that’s what our Hydrating range offers.

By bringing to life the seasons across the Nordics and showing people (just like you) flashing through the highlights in a 48-hour period, we show how simply Decubal slots in. We see them indoors and outdoors using our products without long, extensive routines. Just easy-to-use, lightweight applications that become a staple on the bathroom shelf.

The Execution

From snuggling into a warm blanket at home to embracing the unpredictable weather, I complied storyboards, shot lists, and art directed on set, working with an incredible team to bring this concept to reality.

The final delivery included video assets that were split into two sub-categories. Those that were longer and focused more on richer storytelling moments were used for TV, whereas the shorter, close-up application assets were supplementary digital and social media content. This was all supported by a suite of lifestyle, product and application assets, which were used across key visuals, POS, posters and wider media placements.
