The Brief

From consumer research, it was clear that De’Longhi had a notable number of core life moments where people were more likely to buy and use a coffee machine. From getting into the new routine of early morning wakeups with the kids, to DIY renovations, we needed real people to tell these stories for us. And this is where my brief came in! I was tasked with sourcing, briefing and approving content creators to deliver Reels that could work for us both organically and on paid social.

The Execution

With core occasions in hand and a target for audience profiling, I onboarded, briefed and delivered a number of assets, all talking to very different, but relevant occasions for our consumer, sparking inspiration for coffee moments throughout the day.

My brief allowed creative freedom for talent but also ensured we had prominent branding and clear machine functionality throughout, without it becoming too technical.
